My Motivation Program

Cant wait to see the transformation. I know I can do this with the support of the friends I have met on bodyspace, and the friends I have yet to meet. Being connected to like minded people makes a big difference. My #1 motivator is being healthy, I was sick for 12 years, and now that Im healthy, I never want to go back there. I lost 12 years of my life, so now Im ready to do this, theres nothing holding me back any longer.

  • Stan your right, but I rather be in the gym than doing physical therapy and stretches, but I will get there no doubt. @Madison your right, we do what we can and listen to our bodies, everyones journey is different and when its all said and done we wil be better and stronger athletes.

Jomyra Sorry for the late reply! But things are good! My kids have grown up so much this year. Its crazy! My 10 yr old is almost as tall as me already! Im still training. I started the Lee Lebrada routine this past week. Ive had a super busy week though so it looks like Im gonna restart on Monday. Ive had too many trips to attend this week and today Im babysitting my lil grandbaby so I will have very little free time. Rhonda keep the faith and keep on pushing! stanr Thought for the week stay focused don't get sidelined beating yourself up for a cheat meal and letting the guilt over take you what you do is hard if ya have a little fun now and again you pay for the grease later the point is unless you are 2 weeks for a show a little cheat is not going ruin you only you can do that have a great week Rhonda May 19, 2013 7:33pm

1madfox AWESOME! I had that DVD for over a year now and I still can't get through it 100%. Ha! LOVE IT! Challenge indeed and it will cut you up. Same to you love. 1madfox WootWoo! I'm so glad you like her. I alway's recommend the Circuit Training 1st. You need to like a trainer before you invest in them and I'm excited love.
