Heres an example of what a typical week may look like.
Day 1- Chest and Back
Day 2- Heavy Hams and Quads
Day 3- Delts and Traps/Neck Flexion
Day 4- Calves
Day 5- off
Day 6- Biceps and Triceps Forearms
Day 7- Light Hams and Quads
I do abs anytime, usually 2-3 days apart from eachother, and on off days I usually kayak, rock climb, and take long bike rides or hike. |
