hey defantly good improvement, but I did notice one thing in the video. On alot of moves you dont go full range of motion, do you think that has helped you to use more weight, more size? But then during dumbell curls (and probably exercises later in the workout, i'd imagine) you go alot slower and alot use FRM. whatever, it works

hey man, i cant say I know what your ripped routine in flex looks like. But I can reccomend a great ripped system that is called just that. The Ripped System, its a book that comes with supplements, diet plan, workout plan, and aerobics plan. Its pretty much carb cycling, Am and PM cardio on workout days, and sprint interval training. It is a 3 week cycle, and by the end of it, you should be shredded. Google it

Bodybuilding College!!! Hell yeah! I have always thought..."damn I wish I could get a scholership for bodybuilding, or do something with academics and bodybuilding" I dont play sports anymore but what people dont realize is that bodybuilding is not just a seasonal activity worthy of scholership money, its a 24/7 lifestyle! It should totally be associated with academics. Man I love that you wanna do this!! Please hit me up with some details!!!

hey man, lookin massivily ripped. Im not trying to critisize you, but 1% bodyfat is literally impossible considering that there is a large amount of essential fat inside of your body protecting your organs. Olympia competitors compete at 3%, thats about the lowest the human body can go without falling devistatingly ill.

Congradulations on putting on the 30 pounds! The only sad but true part of the whole thing is...that was most likely your first big body change since your decision to start workingout, you most likely wont put on that much again that quickly. I had one too, I gained 40 pounds, now body building will get fun because you can begin to sculpt your body with your newly added muscle, dont forget that diet is 80% of the whole thing!! Good luck achieving all your goals!

I have the same thing goin on as you do, my calves are about one inch bigger than my arms. I think thats a good quality to have, it is often the other way around. I really like your training routine, it has influenced me to rethink mine... I would still like to talk diet and competition. If you get the chance send me a private mess, and maybe we can chat on AIM

And oh yeah, I did do a review on
No-Xplode. Its not bad...the only downfall is that your body adapts quick to the Arginine. And if you in for a long workout, you can come down pretty hard off of the Caffeine. There is also Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate, and a number of other ingrediants that are great for recovery...but like I said, its defantly no Miracle Supplement.

Im gunna completely honest with ya here man...Supplements have GREAT ADVERTISING. Period. Theres not miracle supplement thats gunna make ya an IFBB pro. Steriods maybe. Genetics. I mean man, you look good! But you cant tell me all of those results didnt come from eating right and hard work, or maybe you can! I dont know lol. All I'm saying is a good multi vitamind, some essential fats, and Whey Protein will prolly give ya the best results.
