How I Started:
I used to work out a lot. Then life took over and I had to put my priorities in order "my beautiful wife". I look back at pics and it's amazing how someones body can change over time. I found bodybuilding.com and decided to give it a try.
I tried a lot of cardio today and let me tell you wow I'm seriously out of shape. I can remember when I could run 5 miles no problem and still feel like working out for a few hours. I lasted 30 minutes on the treadmill and was completly exhausted. Hopefully I can get my endurance back and...
I here you that is one of the reasons why I pick nights so I could get my workouts done.When I work days it was hard for me to come home and workout because I was tried from work.Hang in there bro you can do it.
