My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
Some of my favorite workouts.....
Cardio Lovers: Intensify your workout with shadow boxing while jogging. Get a whole body workout there. My absolute favorite.....
Abs: adding ankle weights for more resistance makes it that much harder. One of my favorites....
Cardio / Leg and Glutes: Bench step knee high and extended high kicks. Add shadow punching along with ankle and hand weights to intensify....
Cardio: HIT on treadmill starting with 2 min walk warm up with incline of 2. Slow jog warming up another 2 mins increasing incline to 3.5. Then take it up to a run with an incline of 5 for 1 min, step on sides and rest 1 min then run 1 min, rest, run for 20mins. Afterwards slowly bring heart rate back down in reverse of how started decreasing to a 0 incline in one min increments.

When i struggle or start to wear down....getting angry at myself for not pushing hard enough and then the inner beast lets loose. I will push until my body drops, can no longer take anymore. Muscles twitching, body temp on fire, body aching, heart rate pumping. Adrenaline feeding my every move...my every push...my every struggle.
Just as long as i have my music guiding me...i am unstopable!!!
My body will drop before my mind ever gives up...
