I started the "Body for Life " program in March of 2007 due to 202 pounds wieght and high cholesterol. I lost 20 pounds in 12 weeks and continued to exercise. Now I enjoy the workouts even more and I decided to set a new goal of competing in 12 months from now.
Why I Love It:
Feeling younger and healthier. Going for results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm now motivated by my picture I posted on this website. I need some serious changes in 12 months.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
My only cardio right now is 3.5 mile jog in 30 to 32 minutes.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I will continue my same program right now until the weather changes and my body changes then I will address the needs in whatever fashion is desirable.
