I used to be overweight and lazy, and never exercised. A friend of mine was into weightlifting and dragged me along once for a training session and I have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it has transformed my body, and how strong I have become and how my energy levels are always through the roof.
How I Stay Motivated:
I strive to acheive my goal figure. I know that the only way to reach that goal is to train consistently and nourish my body right. This thought kicks my butt when I'm training, and drags me into the gym on days when I'm not up for it.

Re: your question - I don't drink protein pre-workout unless it's an emergency. I like to eat a real meal 60-90 minutes pre and take the Nitro Fire about 30 minutes pre.
