Thats great you trying to get stronger is only going to improve your time. Most 400m runners dont think they need to lift weights they figure thats for the power sprinters an it is so wrong! I learned that the hard way a late. An your upper body strentgh helps your arm pump an is much important as your leg strength! Keep up the good work!

ooooh decent i dropped it some from last year.. best time this year so far is 53.6 but it should drop cuz the weather is gettin warmer..
my two hundred is my best race thats a 23.7 and then my 100 is about 11.8.
