How I Started:
i started into "working out" when i was about 13, to burn off some fat. I've been on and off with it but now im focused and determined to reach my goals. im now 21 years old and i have a lot going for me in terms of the future results that bodybuilding will have on my life.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump u get u know, like arnie said, the pump is like having sex, u feel like ur comming for hours when ur at the gym, i love the feelign that ur muscle is goina explode and rip right off the bone if u do 1 more rep or exercise.
How I Stay Motivated:
i tell myself that i will completed my body building goals. My main goal right now is to bench over 400 pounds (max) by summer time. I think about things that make me angry, i take my aggression out on every rep and every set, it helps me blow of steem
BB Accomplishments:
being able to do a decent heavy set of 315 pounds on the bench press and being able to lift more than my bodyweight on most compound exercises

Goal (Long):
I want to be a reasonably thick, but shredded 220 pounds, like mike tyson in his prime. Huge pecs, shreeded stomach, wider lats, massive delts. I wanna be able to get my arms up to 20 inches by the time im 20, and i also wanna be able to bench over 500 pounds (max).
I pyramid all of my sets. I start with a decent weight, pump 20 reps until i feel the burn, i take a 15-20 second break then i do a set of 15, increasing the weight, set of 10, increasing the weight, then ill do 2 sets of somewhat heavyweight of 8-12 reps. I usually have a set selection...
