How I Started:
I weighed 360lbs in October of 07 and decided enough was enough. Did cardio for a year lost 140lbs. Got into a gym and started lifting. I learn something new everyday from this site and being around fitness guru's all the time. Helps out a lot. I just love it!
Why I Love It:
Hated it at first, but after I started to see results it became second nature and got very, very addicting.
How I Stay Motivated:
My ultimate goal is a body I am comfortable with. Getting bigger, faster, stonger.
BB Accomplishments:
360lbs to 220lbs in one year.
Going from XXXL to L it's amazing.
Total so far is 360lbs to 178lbs. Pretty amazing.
I don't really have a weight/bf% goal. I just want to be a monster. Going from 360lbs to 185lbs was huge and I've learned a lot about myself, body building, and the body. I just want to keep getting bigger, faster, stonger. I'm learning cutting and bulking and how my body reacts. I have no plans to compete, but I am very serious about my workouts and eat clean no matter what.
yeah im still working out like a beast lol or trying atleast...how are you doing man? what ever came of your decisions about school, i remember u were having some 2nd thoughts on school
