I didn't feel good with myself, i was too skinny, I needed to put on some lean muscle.
Why I Love It:
It gives me the feeling that I'm keeping my body healthy. Everytime i hit the weights i know i'm improving myself, upgrading my body, if you want, changing myself for the better.

SO.

Today brought a real shock to me, I was weighing myself as usual and saw a minor improvement I went from 10.10 to 11.1, now, when I converted 10.10 to lbs from stone I got 141lbs. So i put in 11.1 and behold i see 155 lbs. My jaw actually dropped and i was like wtf, i put on 14lbs in...
