Great frame, you'll pack it on in no time. Pay more attention to your nutrition and lifting routine than getting into supplements at this point. You have a lot of natural growth still left in ya!

well when i seen your front pics, your bigger than i though. awesome job on the training. as far at the bsn stack, i really like it. the no-eplode gives me the energy i need after my workout, cell mass is great and the nitrix makes the pump awesome.
