If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
the guy who has to "set up" and use 5 areas of the gym for the "complete workout" always in my way walking all over the place

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Sweatpants--knee length
t-shirt or tank top in summer
Cardio:80% on track---missed two Friday night sessions and haven't done the am pre-breakfast, just needed the sleep and ended up doing noon and night cardio--- goal this next 15 days to make at 4 sessions a week early am and pre-breakfast
Weights: doing well but added a rest day, bumped up...
