Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Calendar with cardio minutes, calories burned, Muscle groups worked, number of exercises but not so focused on the amount of weight lifted--'cause I don't care how much as long as it hurts little the ...more

Cardio:80% on track---missed two Friday night sessions and haven't done the am pre-breakfast, just needed the sleep and ended up doing noon and night cardio--- goal this next 15 days to make at 4 sessions a week early am and pre-breakfast

Weights: doing well but added a rest day, bumped up...
