Why I Love It:
I love to see the difference in the mirror and i love to know what im made of and what i can handle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listen to pumping music and look at people bigger than me so i can feel small and try to get bigger.
BB Accomplishments:
250 lb bench press max last semister (before summer)

I stoped weight lifting for about 2 years now, and I want to get back up to my 160lbs and maxing my bench at 265lbs again.
Goal (Long):
I have been lifing since highschool, but after college i've stoped. I used to be able to bench 265lbs at my max. Now I maxed out today and my max was 190lbs. I would like to get back to my old max and exceed it. I would also just like to get bigger overall and still keep my cut look.
New march pic shows a tightly muscled athletic body with strong shoulders, thick upper chest, good work on biceps/triceps and good abs. Another 30 will certainly be impressive work and muscle. Best of luck. Andre
