Thanks man. Various presses like military press, rear military press and shoulder press (on machine). I just try and do slightly more each week, more reps, or more weight. That's what did most of the work. I've always liked HIT style lateral raises (front and side) to finish them off, but the presses and constantly making progress is the most important part. Lookin solid as well man.

Yeah, I went back to take a look and it was gone. Bringing up test boosters, etc in the teen section is getting worse and worse (the replies / repliers).

You're fine w/ all 3 I'd say. And the NoX would only be taken on workout days... Next time you're buying supps I'd advise getting more basic (but just as good / better) products. Regular creatine monohydrate instead of Cell Mass (much cheaper and more effective). Caffeine pills instead of NoX (all the energy, focus, etc. you feel from NoX are pretty much just from the caffeine and you get plenty of creatine from the single serving of monohydrate. And you save a shit load of money).

Lol pretty slow. Just maintaining with low weight rep schemes while I cut. It's affected most upper body exercises. ROM is shit. I'd say I'll be lifting properly by April.
You've def. gained some size recently. How are the lifts?

Any thread can go any way in the teen section. That's what I know. Just remember, you applied for your pictures to be publicly displayed for everyone to see. You can't expect positive comments from everyone. To do so is idiotic / ignorant.
