I will start by posting my somewhat strange training methods tomorrow (Wednesday, chest and abs).
My current training programme has one week of HIT training followed by a week of heavy low rep training. This will continue until mid-September when I begin my cut.

hey i got a ? if im taking cyto gainer that has 3g of creatine and no-xplode and cell mass and im 162lbs is that to much creatine going into my body????
Best of luck on that then, lifts are going alright, deadlifts skyrocketted but squats are pretty low(around the same as my bench). i have to admit that the size gains are mainly due to this website, i have learned much more than my noob days and i still have alot more to learn. Got the Arnold encyclopedia on bodybuilding. Hows the home gym coming along?
Probably not, but pogue can edit most things like date, post count, and reps, which I lost =/...I was hoping Roxie could rep me for my lost journal, but, I dont know what will happen!
