I'm one of those guys that get into a program and get serious for a bit then after a while training and nutrition is in the back burner. My goal is to be consistent and really make this a lifestyle for good, with that, gaining muscle and getting leaner will fall into place.

I have a friend who is an aspiring pro bodybuilder. He consistently 1 or 2 in the shows he does on an amatuer level. So I do his workout. 4 days cardio, 4 days weight training. 8-12 reps, each body part only 1 x per wk.
