damn. I have never consider myself a bodybuilder but i have been working out since high school. Since starting a family (2 boys) my committment waned. I am now back into this. I piddled around for the last 4 years (although i did finish a 1/2 marathon). Since April 2005 I have been weightlifting and cardio training regularly. I am hooked again.

Hey Steve, The good news is that you should have no trouble gaining muscle if you are serious about trying. Lot's of great info out there about how to do it naturally. ALOT more than even when you started. Good luck. --Mike
