damn. I have never consider myself a bodybuilder but i have been working out since high school. Since starting a family (2 boys) my committment waned. I am now back into this. I piddled around for the last 4 years (although i did finish a 1/2 marathon). Since April 2005 I have been weightlifting and cardio training regularly. I am hooked again.

This dieting business is really the hard part. I mean, getting to the gym, pounding out the weights, cardio, i have no problem with that. Clearly, large segments of our society have a problem with the physical activity aspect. I don’t, and i have always been active. But i take my hat off...
