Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes

I made my own workout sheets showing "pounds lifted X number of repetitions", printed them out, and put them in a binder. That way I can carry it with me to the gym and not have to try and remember a...more

Hello mam nice to hear from u,i got your mail.In the mail you mentioned about your diet problem,even i also have problem with my diet.Some times i am not able to control myself and eat a lot of oily food.But from 1st jan 2009 im starting a new diet plan.I am thinking of including lots of protein rich food.Being indian its hard to have a healthy diet as we people eat a lot of sweets and have many festivals.Every day is a christmas for us.By the way Whats your present diet plan.
