Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?

If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I made my own workout sheets showing "pounds lifted X number of repetitions", printed them out, and put them in a binder. Hello mam nice to hear from u,i got your mail.In the mail you mentioned about your diet problem,even i also have problem with my diet.Some times i am not able to control myself and eat a lot of oily food.But from 1st jan 2009 im starting a new diet plan.I am thinking of including lots of protein rich food.Being indian its hard to have a healthy diet as we people eat a lot of sweets and have many festivals.Every day is a christmas for us.By the way Whats your present diet plan.
