My Workout Program

Started the Kris Gethin 12 week daily trainer program last week and am already feeling a difference from my last workout program to this one. I am on my second week and i feel this program is going to work much better, more focused on specific areas of much needed improvement.The videos and step by step instruction is the key to keeping me going because without them i would be lost!! Currently my cardio is jogging at a light to medium pace and so far im up to 3.4 miles with a stop amd speed walk in the middle for about 1 minute. Will be posting before and during photos this week.

My Motivation Program

I recently went and watched a friend do an activity called (Tough Mudder) it was in Wisconsin at a ski resort.To say the least it was completely awesome!!! watching everyone going through the course and even though it was very hard they all had smiles on their faces and were laughing.That is how i stay motivated i think of what they were doing and how much they loved it and know that i cant wait for my turn next year in Minnesota!!!
