Alex150 Hey 3500, I got a 3k run in last night, albeit slow.. I find that when I vary my runs it keeps things interesting and my body guessing! Powerwalking is hard for me..I dunno if its cuz I have short legs or what...whats the fastes MPH u can walk? me ..3.8/3.9. Jan 4, 2009 10:55am

Captain Ahab My wife (bodyspace judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness goals and dreams become reality.
