When I Started:
How I Started: Just recently started working out , but started losing weight about 2 years ago. Started out at 325 got down to 209-215. I've gained back a few and know that I need to add regular exercise to get the last of the weight off.

BB Accomplishments: Joining the gym. Using the weight machines without worrying who the hell could see me.

Thia was taken a few months ago. I look basically the same. All gut, no tone.  Just another look at the gut action. I've lost a fair amount of weight so a bit of it is loose skin.

Goal (Short): To have enough stamina to move from Power Walking to Jogging and to lose 10% of my weight (from 230-207).
Goal (Long): To be jogging daily and run on occasion. Get back into Bikram classes and hit a healthy weight and bodyfat percentage.

My wife (bodyspace judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness goals and dreams become reality.
