Just recently started working out , but started losing weight about 2 years ago. Started out at 325 got down to 209-215. I've gained back a few and know that I need to add regular exercise to get the last of the weight off.

Thia was taken a few months ago. I look basically the same. All gut, no tone.
Just another look at the gut action. I've lost a fair amount of weight so a bit of it is loose skin.
Not following the Abs Diet 100% as of yet but even at 70% or so I'm starting to see a difference.
