always worked out, done power lifting, ran a few marathons, ran a few mini's and 5 - 10 k's.. whatever.. numerous sports already. Basket ball and baseball for years... Now I'm just shifting my physical passion to the weights and body sculpting.
Why I Love It:
feeling good almost all the time, seeing my results, getting stronger. wont lie nice to know when I take my shirt off heads turn. the pump and rush I get from lifting, the natural energy I have and exert most of the time. Love getting into my zone and nothing can stop me, when I can feel myself growing as im lifting.. love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a addictive personality and its just part of my routine, I feel incomplete w/o lifting, so tell yourself working out is essential as air, or well like a hair cut... but you had to get one all the time in order to stay and feel looking good!?! I want results, and I get them, I see them and I want better results. Don't be satisfied w/ what you got! make it better, leaner, harder, stronger, whatever. I could be a motivational speaker and trainer but I already have a career.
BB Accomplishments:
I won a few power lifting competitions, dead lift , 185 class, I did 495 and beat out 8 other guys. and also did 505 and beat out 12 other guys. Got a sweet trophy for one of them. Used to life to w. ron lionheart palemer. He won many many power lifting comps. and was Indiana's strongest man for a few years. This guy was insane! I trained w/ him but was NOWHERE near his level.
