Once weighing in at a mere 487lbs. I decided it was time to get healthy. I started with 52% BMI... I have lost a total of 340lbs and my BMI now is 14%.
Why I Love It:
The transformation in my body. Nothing feels better than living a health lifestyle.

Bodyspace-Spokesmodel... I may not be a perfect 10...but I know I can be a great spokesmodel for Body Proud as well as Bodybuilding.com.. I have transformed my body from 495lbs....and to date have LOST 340lbs. It is my life's mission to motivate and inspire others.. If I can do it.....
I just stopped by to say that I think you are incredible and ZI wish you nothing but successl. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you have proven that with hard work and dedication it can be done. Keep up the great work. I just read your AMAZING story in the off the couch Oxygen issue! You're such an inspiration girlie :) I basically follow the eat clean diet principles with ocassional treats (once a week). I suppose I have to be patient, but it's hard sometimes because I want to see changes like yesterday. How did you cope with that throughout your journey?
Thanks for the tips :) I already lift weights- I've recently started lifting MUCH heavier though. Now I just have to be patient and wait for results. I can't wait until I get rid of the back fat and have a shredded back like yours!
