comparison pic. more to come the pic on the left is supposed to say dec 2008. i put the wrong date when i made the comparison pic and didnt want to do it over again.
does any know how to calculate body fat% with out all the high tech scans. I know there are pinchers out there but what are other ways? I have a scale that gives bf% but i dont think its correct and the army way of doing it seems shady to me. any help will be great. thanks.

Well, I survived! Friday wasn't bad at all...I drank chamomile tea instead. Then Saturday I was feeling a little temptation but didn't give in. So it was a nice clean weekend for me and I feel really good!
haha..yeah, you might look a little funny in skinny jeans! This is my first weekend without beer...I hope I'm able to hold off on the temptation. I usually beeline for the store right after work to pick up a 6 pack. Tonight I will beeline home instead...empty handed. I'm a little scared.
Too funny! Everything in moderation right? Although, honestly, I would have a real tough time stopping at just one scoop of mac salad if you were to plop me down in front of a plate lunch!!! LOL
BTW, I am sooooo jealous of you! I am from Hawaii and I recognized the beach in your pics. Oh how I wish I was there! Although, it would be extremely tough for me to eat clean because a local girl has to have her plate lunches, Hawaiian food and manapua! LOL That's why I gain 5 lbs everytime I go home for a visit! ; P
If you can get on a stationary bike. You can perform interval on there as well and it is low impact. It helped me after I ran the Army 10 milers and screwed my knee up.
