How I Started:
I started working out because i was the new kid in my elementary school. i was over weight and i was picked on all the time. then i started to play football and i slowly went from the fat kid everybody picked on to a powerhouse fullback that nobody messed with. Now i want to lose some more bodyfat and get ripped.
Why I Love It:
i love the pain (from the soreness) i love to see the faces on people that see me working out. i love how people come to me and ask for help. i love the compliments i get from people saying i look better and better everyweek.
How I Stay Motivated:
its so hard. ive gone on and off working out hard for about 3 years now and i finally told myself i will get the body i want before i move on to my next college. and playing college football also keeps me VERY motivated
BB Accomplishments:
i went from being the fat and weak kid to one of the strongest kids in my high school. and helping my peers better themselves physically so that they feel better about themselves.
