hi there, just joined up and read your transformation page...its amazing!! congrats on the super hard work!! im about the same weight as you were when you started altho am a little shorter in height. i was just wondering if you'd be kind enough to enlighten me on what you did at the beginning for the main weight loss bit ie, meals and exercise regimes and also how long this took. i know you said you dropped 70lbs in 3 months - this is crazy and i would love to know how!!

Who do you think you're fooling? 179 pounds... that's ridiculous. You would be huge at that weight. You're clearly around 130 give or take. Fix your stats, please.
