If you go to the keto forum in the nutrition section there's LOADS of info about the AD there :) It's very similar to keto.

I think i will do that.. probably increase weight which will need to decrease reps... been doing legs on wednesday instead of Friday and maybe adding abs to 2 of my workouts during the week.
