30LifeCrisis Helz yeah! Today marks the first day I have been able to throw 90 lb dumbbells around for chest press. Huge milestone in my world. SO stoked

30LifeCrisis killed shoulders and traps. Loving the Shortcut 2 Size program so far. My body cannot seem to adapt. We'll see what the gains are like...

After that I am going for a look similar to your current look. How do you feel by the way?
