Over the last few years my weight has gone up and down with my heaviest being 218lbs. I’ve lost and gained, but I haven’t been this size (160s) since 2004. I’ve entered the $100K transformation a couple of times without completing it. So I thought I’d give it another try. I have tried all kinds of diets, but this is the first time that I’ve had a trainer and a complete meal plan with clean eating.
