Well I have always had a slight interest in physical fitness and athletics from a young age and when i got more involved in weights, which was first assisted by the convenience of a gym being at my university things really began to change. After starting as more of a leisure activity it began to grow on me and after six months i fell in love with bodybuilding and I will continue to do it for as long as I can. Also I'd like to credit the Rocky series and Pumping Iron because they also contributed to my bodybuilding and weightlifting.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of lifting more, lifting harder and the feeling of achieving a new maximum on a lift. There is nothing better then working for a goal and achieving it.
How I Stay Motivated:
To lift harder and heavier each time whilst maximizing effort and putting everything I have into each workout and being rewarded with new gains week in and week out.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed and I now have a taste for it and I plan on turning 2009 into a year full of bodybuilding achievements, starting with winning the natural physique comp in May in the under 70kg category and then going on to try at a higher level.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
shoulder injury from when i first started. I was lifting to much on cable crossovers and when i let go it jagged my shoulder and caused joint pain for a few weeks and almost forced me out of weight training because I was only doing it for a short time and the injury deterred me - thankfully i got back on the saddle and kept going with it.shoulder injury from when i first started.
