Well I have always had a slight interest in physical fitness and athletics from a young age and when i got more involved in weights, which was first assisted by the convenience of a gym being at my university things really began to change. After starting as more of a leisure activity it began to grow on me and after six months i fell in love with bodybuilding and I will continue to do it for as long as I can. Also I'd like to credit the Rocky series and Pumping Iron because they also contributed to my bodybuilding and weightlifting.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of lifting more, lifting harder and the feeling of achieving a lift. There is nothing better then working for a goal and achieving it.
How I Stay Motivated:
To lift harder and heavier each time whilst maximizing effort, while also helping others to achieve their goals. So keep lifting and pushing yourselves harder, the sky is the limit! Ask anything you like, never afraid to help or give advice.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed and I now have a taste for it and I plan on turning 2008 into a year full of bodybuilding achievements, starting with winning the natural physique comp in May in the under 70kg category,

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
shoulder injury from when i first started. I was lifting to much on cable crossovers and when i let go it jagged my shoulder and caused joint pain for a few weeks and almost forced me out of weight training because I was only doing it for a short time and the injury deterred me - thankfully i got back on the saddle and kept going with it.shoulder injury from when i first started. Why I like this video: To the Greatest bodybuilder of all time. Not a huge gargantuan but a perfectly proportioned physique. Love the music in the clip and the entire copulation builds up well to the final pose scenes.

Why I like this video: Franco Columbo is 'my' personal favorite bodybuilder because he is so close to my height - which gives me motivation because if he can become as strong and as good as he was then I am also capable of doing so.
