If you want to increase mass...do set of 8 heavy to failure on the 8th rep dumbbell curls...then go to a superstrict curl 8 reps failing on the 8 (ligther weight) no break between the superset. Then take 2 minutes then repeat for 5 sets. Use this supersetting method for bi's and tri's. You may want to mix it up with different machines as well. The key is heavy set, lighter set immediately to follow.

i try to add more meals but havin to work alot of overtime and havin a baby its hard to do. you could add more meals. Everyone of my meals i eat as much as i can pretty much till my stomach hurts.
add more food to your diet man force those calories down. I always tell ppl im forced fed lol. Try different bicep exercises. I did a program called massification all it is three sets 50 reps, 40, 30 little break as possible as much weight as you can handle for those reps. If you dont wanna do that you can try doin negatives on all your bi exercises.
Make sure you are eating enough protein, superset the biceps to break through the plateaus, and make sure you are doing incline presses/dumbbell raises/and strict overhead presses (careful here, go lightweight as you don't want to screw up your rotator).
Keep the motivation up!
