I just changed my eating habits. I don't eat fast food any more, no sugars and etc. A lot of organic veggies and lean meats. Im afraid of the scale. I hid it from myself..lol

Hey, It's going good. Today I did arms and legs. I was going to do abs. But the maintenance men came to fix the roof. Totally interrupted my flow. I did't get my cardio. How have you been?

Ant, nothing much. Just people that never want others to do well. Other out of shape people telling me that its impossible to be 140 lbs. coming from 500lbs.

I workout twice a day because I have bad body parts. A busted knee, a ankle I've sprung and broken 5 times, and a lumbar injury that will never stop hurting. So I try not to put so much pressure on them. Only on Tuesday and Thursdays I can take the risk. Because I am busy on those days. That and honestly I have nothing to do when I'm not in school.
