Looking in the mirror every morning. Seeing a person with so much potential but no love for herself. Every time I went to the doctor about anything. All they talked about was my weight. I went to the doctor about brain splitting headaches. They ignored what the reason might be. Instead they concentrated on my weight.
I got tired of people saying "you have a pretty face". I want the "pretty" body. Though health is an BIG issue. Majority of my reasons are vein. I want to be super hot.
Why I Love It:
I love watching the fat melt away. Along with the insecurities.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the morning every morning, every night, every time I go to the bathroom.

This is me @ 500lbs. I've tried and failed mauy times. But I will not stop trying. I have one life to live. And If I die tomorrow. I will die trying harder then I did the last time.
Who the **** are you to tell me that I will never be a normal weight? I'm 500 lbs. and I bust my ass for every calorie I burn. When you're sleep I am up. I'm up before the sun is up. I am up before the neighbors children are at the bus stop. I bust my ass still my busted...
I just dropped in to wish you continued success as you work towards your fitness goal. Hey Krystal, just dropping in to say hi and see how you're progress is going. It's been a tough week but I spent a couple days really beating myself up in the gym so hopefully back on track :-) Let me know how you're doing.
Hows it going Krystal? What did you today? I really worked my legs and back yesterday so no gym 2day but I'll play Wii when I get home! Any cardio is better then none.
Once you start working for your body, it will forgive you and work for You! You can do this. If you goof up on a meal, just start again with the next. Keep it up doll. You will have a success story too!
