  • last year I trained with a friend who was 244kg in NOV 2012, today APRIL 2013 he weighs 180kgz and hes still killing it too!....nothing crazy,just the small baby steps perfected. I hope you also reach your goals and surround yourself with positive people! add to your fitboard.......it really helps:) goodluck!!!

Sarraj Hi Crystal, Don't give up and keep on insistance and focus on your main goal. Set your final target very high but in between celebrate short term targets and enjoy self confidence with every step. I have lost 70KG in one year. I was 210KG (400LBs approx) and now I am 145KG and my motivation is still on top. On they way you will hit many paltaues, feel frustrated and face non supporting jerks sometimes but whatever happens just don't give up sis. Jul 18, 2012 2:37am

joecushing "Hardest thing." Do you cook? I live alone but cook like I have a whole family. Then I eat left overs. It makes cooking a lot less work. Having food ready to go makes things a lot easier. You don't get that, "I'm hungry now and the only thing to eat fast is junk" feeling because your food is ready to go. Also on the topic of easy, I find the Paleo diet easy to follow.
