To reach my desired weight of 185-190 by September 1, 2008.
Goal (Long):
I have always been heavy. I have always had to worry if people didn't like me simply because of my weight. Well, in 2008, I'm turning a new leaf. I want to create something new to worry about. I want to worry if people don't like me for who I really am and how sexy. Then turn to them and say, do I look like I care!? ;-) So, with that said, I have set the goal to be 185-190lbs by September 1, 2008. With diet control, exercise, weight training, and concentration, I will be able to meet or surpass this goal. So I ask all of you here at BB.com to motivate me, kick me, and punch me if I'm not making adequate progress. Oh, and finally, keep posting sexy pics on BB.com. You don't know how much that helps a guy like me.

That's when it truly works is when you can make it a permanent change. That's what I'm doing and have done... was off track for about a year, a couple years back, but now I'm at it harder than ever... Stay focused, stay motivated and you'll hit your target!
