Good luck with your goals.. I started at 30.6% BF and am currently at 15%...so it can be done.

I'll look back through some stuff I have and see if there is anything in particular that I would recommend. In general I tell people to read any and everything. This is not an exact science. There is no "right" answer. The more you know the better equiped to mix and match the different "theories" into what acctually works out best for you.
