I started years (1998) ago to build a better body and stay healthy. I maintained a lean and pretty ripped body until I went off to college. This is where I met my friends Corona and Grey (...Goose that is). Many years of partying, graduating, and building my career...I went home in Dec '08 for the holidays and my little nephew who is two yrs old poked my beer gut and said Ho Ho Ho!!!!! That little gesture was confirmation that I must change. I don't want to be Santa nor his little helper.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a great way to become one with yourself and develop inner peace. The rush you get is amazing.
I have always wanted to create the body that would be the envy of others. I want to be among the fellas at the basketball court or the beach and take my shirt off with confidence. I also want to look good in my clothes. I will not settle for being average looking! I will have the six pack that is hidden under my gut (no more of the six pack in the fridge). I would like to be a lean, ripped, jaw dropping 180lbs with 10% bodyfat and be able to bench at least 350. With the 3D's I will accomplish this in 18 months. Wish me luck and make sure you all hold me accountable.
I'll look back through some stuff I have and see if there is anything in particular that I would recommend. In general I tell people to read any and everything. This is not an exact science. There is no "right" answer. The more you know the better equiped to mix and match the different "theories" into what acctually works out best for you.
