after a long layoff 10+ years, i woke up one morning an didnt like the person i saw in the mirror anymore ,decided i would make a a lifestyle change an get back to where i belong.
Why I Love It:
i like the feel of the weights in my hands and knowing the only one that can stop me is me....and to accually see the improvments that have already happened.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing myself in a mirror and comparing the old me to the new me, then compare that to some of the others around me.

i would love to get to a body fat of 10% or less,i want to be able to bench 300 lbs with no problem ,i accually want some thighs....(ive had people ask me if im riding a chicken.....lol) NOT EVEN FUNNY!!would like to have a great set of abs an a t least 22 inch arms with hard work an a good mindset i WILL achive these goals.

I have been going to golds now for about 3 months. I am usually there in the am. usually around 8:00 am. I am usually wearing something harley-davidson. I work there and can buy the t-shirts really cheap. Look me up the next time you get to the gym.

Yo man! Good luck to ya..I'm not a personal trainer yet or doctor but some of those products even gave me heart palpitations--that lipo 6 is good but I hope your drinking like 3 gallons of H20 a day if your working out too...keep in touch!
I was more referring tom the fact that your muscles will get stonger at a faster rate than your joints. That means that your muscles may be able to lift weights that your joints are not yet ready too,
