How I Started:
I have always been amazed at watching all the terrific women that are moms and have the time to work out and eat clean.
Why I Love It:
Because I want to look and feel healthy and I want my husband and daughters to be proud of MOM!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motiviated by reading constantly all the articles on Bodybuilding.com and just knowing that the long journey will lead to paradise.
BB Accomplishments:
Haven't reached it yet but my biggest hurdle is to change my hips, legs and butt. I am a Cuban woman and as a Cuban woman God blessed us with a bit more curves but that is ok I don't want to get rid of them completely just tone them down!

ALL< i just found out my LDL is high.  158

Doctor wants to put me on Lipotor but I don't want to.  I have also reviewed my diet and have taken out some possible contributing factors.  Any help from all of you out there is needed.

Brkfast - oatmeal 1/2 cup with water

You can do it! You'll be in the best shape of your life this year...just get in the habit of exercising and eating right, and loving every inch of yourself! The years of hard work will be so rewarding, and you will be such a great role model for your kids!
