A year ago on Mackinac Island. Too fat for words! The smile is fake, to cover the shame of FATNESS!  Arm definition is better seen than my legs! But I love KILLIN legs!

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I say Beyonce, because she is shapely. But my goal is to be a body builder so i lean towards Angela Bassett (What's Love Got to do with It), but she looked too skinny, so not really sure.

on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. My P.T. he pushes me when I think I can't continue. definite benefit!

Way to go with the weight loss. We all struggle with our diets but as you progress you will want to keep achieving good results and may find yourself motivated to follow a good nutrition plan. Remember if you are following the Body for Life program that they have a built in cheat day where you can eat anything you want one day every week. Stay focused and determined.
