Ever be so eager to be the way your looking wanting to look that after about 2 weeks the results are not nearly enough thats happening to me right now i been on this workout right now and its a good program im just not seeing fast results well got to keep trying....

i would say i do about every ab exercise ever, i mix up my routine and always do exercises for lower, upper and obliques in every ab routine i do. i only train them twice a week.
hey bro, I use 5 different exercises for my bi's. dumbbell curl on incline bench, dumbbell curls, preacher curls, barbell curls, & concentration curls.
