Background
i got started by leaving all excuses at the front door of my gym and change the attitude and mind set of how i view fitness. and trust me i will never look back
it helps me be a better Deon Credle every day i set foot in the gym. it is my stress reviler. i feel i can do what i haven't done by pushing my self to places i never been and training harder than i ever trained. most of all watching my body change to how i want to see it!!!!!
