My brother in law decided to start takin me with him to the gym so he could "put some meat on my bones"!
Why I Love It:
Love staying in shape and constantly changing my body....it makes you feel great when you see real results!!! Plus I love the zone I get into when in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
READ READ READ.....as much motivational and inspirational material as possible! Seeing bodybuilders in the different magazines and reading their stories and tips keeps me motivated! And also anytime I see new results in myself it motivates me to keep pushing
BB Accomplishments:
Not in competitions or anything.....but I guess when I was weighing over 170... that was pretty exciting....nothing too special but it meant something to me

hey man ... truth be told I don't know much about tanning any thought you have about how to tan smart and safely, where to go ? how long per session etc ? I would appreciate any help. Besides I am so white that wonder bread looks at me and says 'Damn get a tan!' if it will help bring out definition then I am all in . let me know your thoughts

thanks for the input man. how r ya ? .....my goal is losing body fat and getting ripped , so the numbers ...I dunno until I get tested again ...but visually I am coming along starting to see increased chest mass and striations down the middle . the flat spot between the pecs is filling in ...abs are starting to show a little .. they are just below the surface. a new pic or two soon . hope your well man
hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ? Looking to invest in some mags and wantot get the best. Thanks
I'm bulking indefinitely 4 sure...weight 152 very ecto & hardgainer-metab is very high..right now training 5-6 days & eating 6-7 meals a day...any words of the wise?

I got rid of those clowns as best I could , they can't do anything to my forum but they still post on my wall . yea bro all natural! i mean i barely take supplements. i started to gain the most mass when i was 17 or 18, also my freshman year of college was huge for me..

I just added new progress pics . These are 1 month in with making it to the gym faithfully 80% of the time diet well 80% of the time (damn cheat meals...) no suplements yet ... my pics show my posture way off because of my lower leg rehab (the reason I got started bodybuilding in th efisrt place) teh athropy is still signifigant so the legs are still weak and so posture is off .
