How I Started:
I have always been an athelete and have lifted for sports, stayed in shape, but I have always had a problem putting on mass because of the baseball routines we had.Just wanted to put on good weight, and being an athelete all my life apperence is not an option.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the challenge of pushing myself to bigger and better goals, and seeing improvement from month to month.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep a journal of each session when I get discouraged I get it out and see where I was and where I am now..works pretty good!
