Im starting a workout to max the army apft push up/situps/ chin ups/run today so ill keep everyone updated...
and im gonna try a new cardio test and see how far i get it gos like this

I used a keto diet for the first 4 months. Now I just watch calories in vs calories out.

alright not a problem. A workout we are doing in recon school is that we do 20 pullups, 100 pushups, 50 situps, 50 squats, 20 burpees, 30 v ups and we repeat it until we cant move any more than we go run with packs on and our rifles for about 3 miles. Then swim with our gear on
