Breakfast: I have 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oatmeal w/1/4 cup of strawberries, a bananna and a cup of OJ...
Snack: Protein shake...
Lunch: Turkey, lettuse, cheese and mustard spinach wrap w/ a bag of doritos (horrible)...
snack: Protein shake...
Dinner: Chicken w/rice and salad or the same as lunch...
Snack: protein shake before bed

The comments and motivation of those around me, keeps me motivated...
I started a while back while deployed in Korea. The company I was with was full of muscle heads. They got me in the gym. I got bigger and more defined. Loved the way I looked and felt. My family came 7mo after. I stopped working out and became very lazy. When i arrived state side as a cook. I saw the mind set and bodies of the other cooks and they looked like cooks... Well i made up my mind to get back in the gym. Others in the work place saw my results and began to tag along to the gym with me. One by one they captured my heart and now they are my motivation. To see the looks on their face or that one innocent touch, lol... I want them to see greatness when they look at me. I am not there yet, but they are there to boost my ego and with that I motivate them to go and workout... Its a win, win :)
