I am eating more protein and less fatty foods...

Breakfast: I have 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oatmeal w/1/4 cup of strawberries, a bananna and a cup of OJ...

Snack: Protein shake...

Lunch: Turkey, lettuse, cheese and mustard spinach wrap w/ a bag of doritos (horrible)...

snack: Protein shake...

Dinner: Chicken w/rice and salad or the same as lunch...

Snack: protein shake before bed

My Motivation Program View My Full Motivation Program

The comments and motivation of those around me, keeps me motivated...

I started a while back while deployed in Korea.  The company I was with was full of muscle heads.  They got me in the gym.  I got bigger and more defined.  Loved the way I looked and felt.  My family came 7mo after.  I stopped working out and became very lazy.  When i arrived state side as a cook.  I saw the mind set and bodies of the other cooks and they looked like cooks... Well i made up my mind to get back in the gym.  Others in the work place saw my results and began to tag along to the gym with me.  One by one they captured my heart and now they are my motivation.  To see the looks on their face or that one innocent touch, lol... I want them to see greatness when they look at me.  I am not there yet, but they are there to boost my ego and with that I motivate them to go and workout... Its a win, win :)

What 2facedlogic Is Up To

2facedlogic Gt shoulders in late last night. It's not often I get a good pump in my shoulders, but last night was amazing

  • Man, but when you get that shoulder pump in, it is downright addictive. So addictive, you might start doing something crazy like training shoulders 3 times a week. They end up growing like weeds when you do that nonsense, until you realize you need more backwork afterwards.

  • I usually put a rest day in between or a cardio/abs day in between when I do that. I just like to have my arms as fresh as possbile when I really need them.

  • Maybe I'll try that next week and see which one feels better. I didn't feel to weak last week. Yet and still I did feel my chest and tris, back and bi's pretty good. Now that I think about it a break in between is probably a good idea... Thx for ur input. Appreciate it
