Went to University of Connecticut to study strength and conditioning, became a personal trainer and got hooked on lifting
Why I Love It:
I love the endorphins, the rush after a great workout, feeling sore the next two days, waking up to find how the hard workouts have paid off.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am highly self-motivated. However, I do keep an eye out for people who have the right knowledge, training technique and nutrition advice which helps me augment my fitness. What I learned is to keep a journal, a food log, a calendar to track your good and bad days, and most importantly an image (whether in your head or on your fridge) of what you want to look like. Even so the best way to get to where you wanna be is knowing you have people with the same interests to support you. And of course having the drive, dedication and determination to keep you going strong!
BB Accomplishments:
4th Place Figure 101 Division OCB Presidental Cup

Training is the greatest metaphor for life, because you get out of it what you put into it.

What 2ddd4u Is Up To:
Nov 4, 2009
2ddd4u changed Body Fat from 12% to 10.9%, a loss of 1.1 percentage points in 10 days
Increasing strength, building greater muscle tone and entering competition in peak form.
Goal (Long):
To push myself harder mentally and physically, focus on what makes me happy and not what makes other people happy, explore new methods of training to challenge myself and my clients, to motivate others by my physique and attitude, to always live each day to the fullest!
Why I like this video: I used to watch this movie every night before a big race. "Without Limits" is the "Rudy" of track and field. If this don't get you pumped up to run your guts out I don't know what will:)
Yeah I know which is why I am kinda kicking myself for not competing. It was cool seeing the guys I've competed against there though. I got a chance to meet Donovan Strong and he is a big dude. I might compete next year but for now I gotta get some more size on me.
Hey Stef. How are things? Were you at the Presidential Cup this past weekend in the audience because I think I saw you? I was my brother's trainer that night. You gonna compete again?
Pullups?! Well, search for a woman on this site named cwpullups, and check out what she can do! Proves its possible to get it done! You're lookin great so keep training!
