I had gotten into pretty good shape and then got preggy with my first son.I gained about 65lbs. I started working out 4-5 times a week, mostly cardio, to get back in shape. Then I became preggy with my second son and was back to the same struggles. I have managed to lose all the weight and then some, now I want to focus on muscle toning.
Why I Love It:
I love lifting. I have just started lifting and am addicted! I love the energy I get from working out, and the way I feel about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
sucsess stories, my husband, the way I feel, the way I look. I like to change things up, I take classes when I start to get bored.
Glad to see that you are on the move and the weight is on the move also. Congrats with deciding to get fit and for taking charge of your life. The world needs more people like you.
