That must have been sweet, I would love to get to the Oly in Vegas sometime. I like the way he trains in both....no sense being big if your not really strong.

Cool man,Im sitting at 245 right now and starting the bodybuilding phase now. I was lifting max weights for a year for mass and a good base but now its time to go Johnny Jackson style.

I slip my good mornings in between legs and back. I like to do them when I am at my strongest and I can max the weight out. Helps my core strength for deads and squats.

Great work, I found by doing good mornings helped my squat and dead weight go up considerably.
