My job at times can be very physicaly demanding, I can go from doing my job which consists of sitting on my butt all day to swinging a sledge hammer knocking out bolts.
I need to stay strong.
Toady was my first day back to the Gym since my little mishap and the fact that the Golds Gym that I belong relocated and just opened today 5 full days to heal after a longĀ 2 weeks at work and some pretty good workouts while I was there.
Yeah bro...Johnnie is on my favorite BBers...walked by him at the Arnold this past March...he's short but beastly...you know he trains in both powerlifting and bodybuilding
Thanks man, when do you do good mornings: on back day or with legs. They kind of fall into the "deadlift" catagory where they can be done on either back or legs day. I personally do good mornings on leg days when I work my hams, but I feel it in my low back as well. Take care, Dan
