I started working out on a regular bases shortly after highschool because I wanted to get in shape for Martial Arts (Kenpo).
On and off for a while, military training, and years later after a weight training injury I'm back at it.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge. Since I don't do drugs, the only release I have are working out, and girls. Working out also pushes me to be a better and healthier person.
How I Stay Motivated:
Realizing I've been thin most of my life, it's time to get the gains I want, and to achieve mental/physical ballance.
When I work out, the music I listen to moves me, and gets me in the right frame of mind. Also, its the dream of what I will look and feel like when I reach my goal.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm a ****ing animal in the gym, and I'm able to stay focused. My last achievement was gaining 10 pounds of mass in two short months- no big deal but I'm just getting warmed up:)
My long-term goal is to reach a mass weight of 240- Ripped to shreads!
Why I like this video: When I was a white belt in Kenpo, this is the first movie I watched about Kenpo. This scene is a big motivator for me because it reminds me of how powerful the art is, and what can be learned.
Don't get me wrong, I love football, but the Superbowl is the only game I watched this season. I'll blame it on the fact that there isn't much I do half-assed, and my head and heart was into learning as much as I could about bodybuilding and nutrition since I decided to hold off on a...
I don't have a set workout plan, except for working all muscle groups at least twice per week. I think a static routine doesn't promote much growth, so as soon as a body part is recovered, I work it again.
Visiting the parents in Phoenix in a couple of weeks... please make the temperature perfect for me! j/k Hope you're training hard and getting great results :)
