good to hear man ! I am psyched!my goal is losing body fat and getting ripped , so the numbers ...I dunno until I get tested again ...but visually I am coming along starting to see increased chest mass and striations down the middle . the flat spot between the pecs is filling in ...abs are starting to show a little .. they are just below the surface. a new pic or two soon .
Just don't give up. It's all about knowing your own body. Find out what's working best for you.

Trust me I have done it all the time. It's hard to put any more mass since I have been training for 8 years naturally. Will see if I can put some pic at the end of the diet. How about you, training going well?
Now i know who to contact when i get in trouble hehe. I'm studying Civil construction engineer. No, not huge yet, but I'm working on it ;) I haven't made so much progress the last 1,5 year actually. Guess I have reached my genetic limit

The key is to use a good shampoo and a good conditioner. Once or twice per week, massage your scalp with olive oil and aloe vera.
