Why I Love It:
I love the pump, seeing my results, and not being embarassed to take my shirt off in public!!
How I Stay Motivated:
My busy lifestyle keeps me going. When I'm feeling really lazy, Rocky movies do it for me.

good to hear man ! I am psyched!my goal is losing body fat and getting ripped , so the numbers ...I dunno until I get tested again ...but visually I am coming along starting to see increased chest mass and striations down the middle . the flat spot between the pecs is filling in ...abs are starting to show a little .. they are just below the surface. a new pic or two soon .

Just don't give up. It's all about knowing your own body. Find out what's working best for you. lifting weights, school and practicing your deen is the ultimate for muscle growth :)

Trust me I have done it all the time. It's hard to put any more mass since I have been training for 8 years naturally. Will see if I can put some pic at the end of the diet. How about you, training going well?

Thanks man. The key is to use a good shampoo and a good conditioner. Once or twice per week, massage your scalp with olive oil and aloe vera. :D Thanks for the compliment bro. Give it time, and keep at it, and you'd results in no time.
